There are many lakes all around Dalarna and many of them travels between the two neighboring countries Sweden and Norway.
Come with us on an adventurous and historical canoe tour along Görälven. We enter Görälven in Faxen, Norway and let the stream help us paddle towards Sweden. Right before the Swedish boarder we get off and walk the short distance to Stöa kanal, which was built in the late 19th century to get timber logs to Sweden. This is an exciting historical landmark telling the history about hard work and industrial men. We end the trip back at Stöten Camping. We will have lunch along the way.
